All of our products are finished in our Alberta workshop. We source quality materials and add our craftsmanship here in Canada, handling design, engraving, application, and final production.
All orders ship from our Alberta workshop using trusted carriers like Chit Chats, Canada Post, Purolator, and USPS. Every package is fully insured against loss, theft, and damage — because your gear matters. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders in Alberta can arrive as quickly as next day, while deliveries to remote areas may take up to a week or a little longer. Every order includes tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking number as soon as it ships.
If your order hasn’t arrived on time, start by checking your tracking for updates. No status? Reach out to us at wildroseengraving@gmail.com.
Received a damaged item? Send us photos of the packaging and product at wildroseengraving@gmail.com, and we’ll replace anything damaged in transit.
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, contact us so we can confirm the address and start a carrier investigation.

All orders are made and shipped from Canada, so no duties apply. Taxes and shipping costs will be added at checkout.
For our U.S. customers:
Orders are subject to duties and import fees upon delivery.

No, we don’t require a minimum order. You're welcome to order as little or as many items as you need.
Most custom orders ship within 2–3 weeks of your order date, depending on quantity. This timeline includes design review, production, and a final quality check before shipping. In a hurry? Contact us. Rush options may be available based on your order size and our current schedule.
Because each order is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns once production begins. Before production, you’ll receive a digital proof to review and approve, so you can confirm every detail, from spelling to dates. We highly recommend double-checking your details before submitting!
We accept PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, and PDF files. For logos with fine details or gradients, we may suggest minor adjustments to ensure the best possible outcome. Unsure if your file is suitable? Send it our way and we’ll review it for you.
Yes, we do. For any custom logo, graphic or text design, our team will email you a digital mock-up. We won't start creating your items until you have reviewed the layout and given us your official "thumbs up."
We’re not able to create logos from scratch, but we can help prepare your existing logo for production. If you have a draft or rough concept, send it over and we’ll let you know if any adjustments are needed.

Yes. If you’ve ordered with us before, we can reproduce your custom item using your existing design. Just let us know the details of your previous order (or share your design again), and we’ll take care of the rest.
